Absolutely. He’d just have Wexter shoot a big open spot in the planet, then shovel the bombs in.

@Ben yeah Axe Cop is very thorough.  He probably went to the Bad Guy Planet a couple nights a week, drank a red bull,then hollowed it out and filled it with bombs super fast.  I assume he did this as soon as he realized there was a chance bad guys might go there at some time.  Chances are he has all the planets full of bombs that can support bad guy life and a detonator for each one ready to go.
