I’m an atheist, but this is awesome.

Shark skin is like sandpaper but on a shark.  So it probably isn’t a very good hug.

Best part of this is that this isn’t really Axe Cop’s opinion, it’s Malachai’s personal prayer.
That’s it, I’ll start praying from now on. For the sharks.

Sounds like Malachai’s parents are raising him right.  He’s like a real-life Linus.

Although the prayer is somewhat redundant since God is already planning to cast Satan into the Lake of Fire and doesn’t really need anyone to remind him to do so…

Axe Cop is a very capable man, but he’s a big enough man to know his limits (see Matthew 19:26).

It would be awesome if in one of the future chapters Axe Cop attempts to take on Satan.

Maybe the sharks are just making the wrong kind of face, like the mermaid guys did. Maybe in the ocean, everyone makes the opposite face than they are supposed to.

I think Axe Cop just isn’t taking any more chances after that incident.

Intriguing, I think the appearance of Satan here establishes that Axe Cop is separate from the Chumbleverse.

I think the most interesting part is how AC’s actually wishing for LESS death and violence. Peace and hugs is after all not really his style, but he’s making an exception when it comes to sharks. I love it when we get to see the soft side of Axe Cop, even if it’s small and hidden underneath layers of pure bad@ss.
