Concerning the BGE paperback, I preordered it with Amazon Germany. They had no clue when it would ship, but it got here today. (Actually two of the books and I’ll be sure to find someone who will appreciate the other one.)
The bonus pages look very appealing, although I’ll have to see when I can find the time to actually go through them. I already read BGE itself in digital form from Dark Horse.
