Love the detail in Zombies vs. Plants—stationary zombies defending the brains in the zombie lair from angry plants. Brilliant!

My thought:
“Well, of course they’d have to be chicken brains, chicken brains are small (Fishy Fish is still young), and that’s why chickens are dumb!”

Very sorry to hear about Shawna.  In all the past panels I’ve watched with her, she’s always genuinely enthusiastic about Axe Cop, you could tell.

I like plants v zombies a lot too.  Very nice variation on the tower defense idea.

That human costume is a riot.

I fell in love with Axe Cop on the first page. You and your brother do an amazing job of reminding adults what its like to be a kid again.  But, hearing you quote G. K. Chesterton in this video just made my day. Very awesome, keep up the good work (and keep plugging literary greats while you’re at it too ).

p.s. in that costume Fishy Fish looks like a possessed Muppet

Maybe I’m reading into this too much, but I think Fishy Fish’s mom is the definition of unconditional love. Malachai believes that parents will love their children no matter what. He clearly comes from a caring family.

I had no idea Fishy-Fish was from a Jewish family.
