Perhaps this is not what you intended, but your comment is quite rude and largely untrue. If you read Ethan’s words more carefully, you might see that he is using this time to catch up on his web comics, which he provides to us free of charge. I will grant you that ads might bring in some revenue, so that these are indeed technically “money-making projects,” but I suspect that this income hardly compensates for the amount of time and effort that Ethan devotes to his art and to our entertainment.
And frankly, if I were a comic creator, I would be quite happy to have the privilege of posting a sample of my offerings onto another website, for it seems as though this would be the best way to introduce potential readers to my work! As such, Ethan is hardly taking advantage of our guests, as your statement seems to imply. Instead, they get exposure, we get fresh material, and he gets some time in which to draw even more free comics; I believe that this is -triple- winning!

Okay, what I don’t get is why a guy whose primary weapon is an axe, when faced with an evil tree, tries every other weapon in his arsenal before it. Unless he expects an axe to beat it, but likes using all his other weapons so he tries them first. But then, it’s not like there’s a shortage of bad guys to kill in axe-cop world…
