:-O We’ve been building up to this from day one! Fantastic!
It’s all coming together, now!
Epic converging storylines!
Those doody soldiers have surprisingly good dental health.
You cannot see me, but I am standing and applauding with tears on my face. Bravo, Malachai and Ethan. Bravo.
This just hit a new level of awesome
Here comes the next Black Plague.
I’ve been waiting to see how on earth these two stories could ever meet. Now I understand. And it is awesome. Totally worth the wait to see this. The fact that the doody soldiers instinctively try to drive the cars and answer the phones is absolutely brilliant and hilarious. I love it!
\m/ !!!HECK YES BABY FAMILY!!! \m/
Oh my god. This is the best way this could have ended. I’m dying
Oh man. It’s so obvious when you see it, but I still didn’t see this one coming even though I’ve been breaking my brain to see how the stories would merge.
The only (!!) real question I suppose is how did the Baby Family know they’d need these new powers? I think Baby Man can see into the future. It’s the only logical explanation.
I feel really bad for the city’s sanitation department.
@Ryan I think everyone got stabbed by their own poop except for the Axe Cop’s team and the queen for some reason.
OH HELL YEAH!
DUH!!! When you eat something, you gain its power! Why didn’t we see this?!
So… this was a demonstration of Checkov’s exploding car and telephone?
If I was a doody soldier, I’d want a free car!
If I was a doody soldier, I’d answer the phone!
I’d definitely not want to be hit by shrapnel of any kind from this situation.
The deadpan voice that i imagine the narration in just makes “...and they died” into the most hilarious understatement of the violent explosion of a jillion doody soldiers
It’s like, in this world, instead of earth, wind, water, and fire.. it’s eggs, phones, cars, babies, dinosaurs, and guns.
Turning the most important commodities of food, communications, and transport into deadly weapons. Only the Baby family could compose such a scheme.
I’m sure there’s allegory here. The triumph of the generation of youth over the enemy from foreign territory. The imagery is extreme, demonizing the enemy as waste products. The overdependence of all of the conveniences of modern life is the demise of the simple-minded masses of industrialized nations, but when the justice-oriented family takes it out of their hands and turns it on the alien threat, even the appointed heroes must recognize that they cannot repel all opposition alone.
So eating their foes gave them their powers. Awesome. I love the baby family
I hope the Baby family still has the power of going to the bathroom normally.
Fertilizer.
