Ethan I think I get what the artist is doing here. I believe that Axe Cop intends to give bad guys the runs with caffeine and make the cracked out. What I would like to know is if you have a high tolerance for caffeine and you love caffeinated beverages . . . does this make you a good guy ??

Getting splashed with a little tea wouldn’t normally make people caffeine-crazed, but as usual Axe Cop makes everything more intense!

They should make a Team Fortress 2 weapon based on this.  An alternate Jarate that causes the enemy to lose control and jitter in place, leaving them open to attack.
