Wait…what?
This is new! And different!
And awesome!
Heh heh, funny stuff… Laser Scotts…
Any other series would take a year to deliver this much plot.
Ethan and Malachi bring it all in the same day that they introduce the series.
Hope to hear more from Jack, John and the Laser Scott Zombie Vampires (maybe even an Axe Cop appearance? :O) - not to mention more of these Axe Cop Presents episodes, I hope.
I find it odd/awesome that Malachai’s seemingly christian upbringing results in just having ridiculous crazy things like phoning up god or destroying satan’s armies and other things like that.
I wonder what Malachai will be like when he’s older, lol.
It’s so wonderful to know that Axe Cop isn’t alone in this world!
Every single panel of this comic was absolute gold, and we must see more of this (Axe Cop Presents) in the future!
In fact, I would love to see these guys unleashed upon the Zombie World.
I just love how they call God on the phone
Jack reminds me of Bruce Campbell.
My brain can’t handle this much awesome.
SCOTT!
(Pretty sure God doesn’t need any help in that battle… )
Yes! I love this! Keep doing this! Breaks from the usual formula like this are great, and they’ll definitely keep Malachai from getting bored. I’m loving the variety in the comic lately, from the usual story (which already has two plots), to Ask Axe Cop, and now this. Keep up the awesome jorb!
Ditto to Steve. I got a very Bruce Campbell vibe from Jack. Which is just extra awesome.
Damn tricky satans.
@Kevin M. Johnston
Go to any random nearby Catholic school and you’ll hear that sort of thing coming from the kids on the playground. My friends and I used to write bizarre “prophecies” in pseudo-biblical language, complete with measuring everything in cubits. Kids make games out of the source material they know.
Jack and John are awesome.
I hope they have cameos in the actual Axe Cop story.
The second panel sees this side story off to a great start. Definitely a worthy successor to Axe Cop.
It’s great to see that your talents aren’t limited to decapitating lawmen and dinosaur ghosts. I look forward to what Malachai comes up with later in life.
Jack didn’t remind me of Bruce Campbell. I saw him and instantly thought: Snake Plissken!
Very awesome.
Woah. The Nicolle brother’s comics are so damn manly that I think my mustache just grew three milimeters just by reading this.
I have to wonder. Did Malachai influence the character designs of Jack and John at all? If I didn’t know better, I would assume that Malachai recently watched some R-rated zombie films.
funny thing, “scott” sound just lite “skott”, which in swedish means “shot/bullet”. thus, the laser scotts are clearly lazer bullets.
I hope there’s a Jack, John and Axe cop team up! All of your comics are so good, you guys!
I think I will be sad the day when Malachai discovers the concepts of logical plot progression and suspension of disbelief.
LMAO at Laser Scotts
This is great. John is my new favorite. I love the “good ol’ boy” design. I can just imagine the deep and complex motivation for his character: “can’t abide no zombies round these parts.”
So let me guess… Malachai was bored with Axe Cop and wanted to play Jack and John. He played Jack, the smooth dark haired good guy and you, Ethan got to play John, the husky bearded ass kicker…
