TLB gets all the thanks, I’m entirely inept at CC modding, I’m just his PR guy on this one.

When I try to extract the file to Cortex Command, I get this. Trying something else, I moved the file (still zipped) to the Cortex Command file, then I right-clicked and ‘Extract Here’. I get the same result. Help! D:

Looks like you got a corrupted download. Try deleting your current download and getting it again and see if that works.

I’m having trouble getting the mod to work, I extracted the .rar file into the same directory as Cortex Command but there’s nothing on the menu about “Axe Cop and friends”, and there’s no button for it under Campaign…am I missing something?

It’s in game, you have to scroll down the buy menu in any game mode. Campaign, or skirmish, just open your buy menu, scroll down to the bodies tab, and find Axe Cop there, as well as the other characters.

Ahhhh OK, thanks for clearing that up! That is pretty cool, Wexter is pretty amazing against the dummies in the tutorial :D

Oh trust me Wexter will pretty much dominate anything the unmodded game can throw at him. If you want tougher enemies let me know and I’ll PM you some mods to fight against (And show you how to install them.).

Great job on this mod!  Very, very cool!

Downloaded, about to test the Axe Cop stuff. Is there a way to skip the opening? I have tried nearly everything.

Usually tapping the space bar does it but sometimes the game loses ‘focus’ (Like when you click outside a java window or something) and doesn’t get it back until half way through the intro. Best bet is to just keep tapping the space bar until it goes through.

The game is pretty fun. Controls can be wonky though, but the amount of damage Wexter’s guns do is hilarious.

I got the game to work. Thanks for the help! Using Wexter is so much fun. >:D
